Bhavan Jaggi practices primarily in the areas of Criminal and Immigration Law. He is a Canadian Barrister, Solicitor and Notary Public for the Province of Saskatchewan. He is also recognized as a lawyer in the Union of India. Bhavan has a diverse academic background and practice experience.
With a goal to focus exclusively on Criminal Law and Canadian Immigration Law, Bhavan is dedicated to represent individuals before various Federal and Provincial Courts, Boards, Tribunals and Departments.
Initial Consultation
The first step in obtaining the services of our law office is to have an initial consultation. This first meeting can take place over the phone or in person and will take up to one hour.
For some clients, the advice received during the Initial Consultation is all that is needed, and the clients then proceed on their own.
For clients who want us to do more work (i.e. an application, or an appeal), we will create an estimate of fees and disbursements. The Initial Consultation fee is then credited toward the Estimate.
